My How My Pumpkins Have Grown

We drove up to Kinsey Family Farm and picked out a few pumpkins. Maeve and I rode the hayride while Tony and Cam enjoyed an afternoon snack of boiled peanuts.

And I finally got that chimpanzee I always wanted! 

Camp Moo and Doo

Moo and Doo took advantage of the tiniest fall break around and loade up the camper and grand kids and headed to their favorite Lake Lanier destination.This was the first time my two had been without Clayton. We knew the time would come when he wouldn't always be able to join the camping fun.

The three stooges- Carson, Cam, and Maeve-didn't seem to miss a best without their beloved Bubba. The first day Cam "fell" in the lake and Maeve got stung by mean wasps on the playground, but other than that it was a great time for all , even Moo and Doo.

I can't stand that I never got a group shot  of the 17 of us who trekked to Pigeon Forge in a mission to getaway. It is sfe I say that we all had a blast and near heart failure as the Dawgs squeaked out a last-second win! Wish we could do trips like this more often.
