Sail Away

Three of us got a Christmas surprise that manifested on Spring Break. Looking back over our time together, surprises are definitely a love language for Tony. I am so glad to be the recipient of all of his surprises over the years. Now our surprises are trifold as there are three of us to enjoy them.

Our Caribbean cruise couldn't have been better. We loved seeing Cam and Maeve marvel at the huge ship and all the many surprises it held. As we entered our stateroom for the first time, Maeve's reaction was, "It has no kitchen. Where is the kitchen?" We were a little concerned that the sofa wasn't a sofa bed. We were picturing one child on that tiny couch and one jammed in the bed with us for the whole week. Then our stateroom attendant came by, we asked him about getting pillow and sheets for the children. He said, "No. No. Do not worry. There are bunks. I will pull them down from the sky at night and have them ready for you!" Those bunks were likely one of the highlights for our kiddos. They loved climbing up each night and sleeping in the ocean.
Our two days of adventures off the ship were memorable. The bike tour we were to take around Grand Cayman was a fiasco thanks to a certain six year old who did not approve of the tandem bike situation. However, our day at Cozumel made up for it. We opted for something a little more all of our speed- beach resort!

Busch Gardens

Tony loves a theme park. He surprised us with a spring break adventure to Busch Gardens and a Caribbean cruise! After a long, hard, busy week, we packed it up and started our adventure at 4:30 on Saturday morning. We arrived in Tampa and took in the sights of Busch Gardebs right away.

After such a busy week and a jam-packed day, we ended Saturday feeling much like this kangaroo!

The kids couldn't stand not getting in the pool so they mustered up just enough energy to take a late-night dip!

We returned on Sunday for an Easter Sunday like we had never had. Nervous Cam conquered some big time roller coasters and dare-devil Maeve did as much as she could within her height limits. Overall it was a fun, adventure filled day!

One, One, and One!

Happy birthday babies! We all attended our first ever birthday party for triplets. All three were just as sweet as can be and enjoyed their party day.

We are in awe at just how fast this year has gone. We are thankful for your health and all the milestones you have hit throughout the year. Life with triplets is extra special! Love you x3!

The Hunt

Egg hunting had to happen early this year due to our spring break trip connecting with Easter. Moo and Aunt Laura made sure the huntress got to partake in her annual egg hunt. I was a bit distraught at the thought of us missing all of the Easter celebrations, but we made it work.

We got to enjoy our Easter celebrations a week early. Cam and Maeve even dressed up extra on Palm Sunday since we would be away.

We also got to hunt at church. Maeve loved the petting zoo. We all loved seeing these babies and their baskets.

So thankful for all of our blessings. Thankful for a Savior who paid the price for us to live in blessings and peace.

Cubs

Cam started his new little league baseball season on the first Saturday of spring. It was a glorious day for baseball. We squeezed in as much as possible- opening ceremonies, lunch at DQ, car show, pictures, and finally the game. The Cubbies, led by Coach Tony, won 11-9. Some of the game highlights include a double play where Cam caught a pop fly and then threw out the runner on second base. He got two base hits.

Then he came into pitch. He was throwing hard and had six strikeouts! So proud of our number 11! He said his favorite part was getting the game clinching strikeout.
