Beach Trip #3: Siesta Key

To complete summer beach travels, we took a detour from Destin down to Siesta Key.  We loved the beautiful, crystal clear water and the powdery white sand.  I think Cam and Maeve have come to expect a beach trip every other week now since their summer has been filled with the beach.  I wondered if they would be entertained enough for another whole week at the beach, but they were very satisfied.  Most days consisted of breakfast at the beach house, then heading out to the beach for the morning and afternoon.  Maeve took a long nap on the beach everyday, and Cam did too one day to rest up for his bowling trip.  We even packed our lunch to have a picnic out under the umbrella.  Then after we had enough sun for the day, we would head back to the house for a dip in the pool.  It was a very relaxing week.
